Texas DECA District V CDC Competition

Texas DECA is looking for business/Community leaders, like you, to participate as competitive judges at Texas DECA’s 2019 District Career Development Conference.  This year’s conference will be held on January 18, 2020, at Copperas Cove High School, 400 South 25^th Street, Copperas Cove, TX 76522.  Competitive judging will take place on Saturday, January 18, 2020. Reporting time will be 7 AM in the Copperas Cove High School Library (signs will be posted) and run until about 12:30 PM. 
 
This one-day event involves 1,501 of Central Texas’ best students.  They have worked hard for this competition to compete in nearly 52 different district competitive events.  The winners of our District Career Development Conference will represent Central Texas as they compete in Fort Worth in February 2020.  The Texas DECA national qualifiers will be competing in marketing, management, and entrepreneurship against approximately 20,000 students at the international competition.
 
As a competitive event judge, you will help aspiring businessmen and women understand and succeed in the business world.  The students will appreciate you and give you the satisfaction and fulfillment of making a difference in developing tomorrow’s leaders.
